Paintsville, Kentucky. We drive Johnson, Floyd, Pike, Magoffin, Martin, and Lawrence counties. Remote anywhere.

Do you repair computers or only do monthly IT?

Both. Break-fix and on-site repair still exist. Managed IT is for offices that are tired of gambling on the next outage.

Do you come to the house?

Yes. Remote if a setting will do it. Driveway, living room, or shop if it will not.

How much does a visit cost?

Home on-site starts at $149 for the first hour, then $95/hr in the core counties. Business plans start at $89/user/month. Parts and cabling are quoted.

Can you set up Microsoft 365 for a church or small office?

Yes. Tenant, MFA, shared mailboxes, and backups — sized for a 3–20 person staff, not a Louisville high-rise.

Do you work with clinics and law offices?

Yes. Private Wi-Fi, MFA, backups, and a network guests cannot wander into. We are HIPAA-aware, not a vCISO firm. We will say when a specialist should join.
