Where is Paint Creek Technologies located?

Paintsville, Kentucky. We drive Johnson, Floyd, Pike, Magoffin, Martin, and Lawrence counties. Remote anywhere.

Do you repair computers or only do monthly IT?

Both. Computers are drop-off in Paintsville or pickup for a quoted fee. We do not repair PCs in people’s homes. Managed IT is the monthly plan for offices.

Do you come to the house?

For Wi-Fi, mesh, and the house network, yes. For a computer that needs the bench, drop it off or we pick it up for a fee.

How much does it cost?

Remote and drop-off bench time starts at $95. Network on-site visits start at $149 for the first hour. PC pickup is quoted before we roll. Business plans start at $89/user/month.

Can you set up Microsoft 365 for a church or small office?

Yes. Tenant, MFA, shared mailboxes, and backups — sized for a 3–20 person staff, not a Louisville high-rise.

Do you work with clinics and law offices?

Yes. Private Wi-Fi, MFA, backups, and a network guests cannot wander into. We are HIPAA-aware, not a vCISO firm. We will say when a specialist should join.

What if I only need a website?
